2 tablespoons raw, organic honey
1/4 cup organic yogurt

This recipe couldn't be any simpler, or more effective. The protein in the yogurt will help restore damaged strands, while the honey will smooth down your cuticle, locking in moisture. Additionally, the lactic acid in the yogurt will help remove build up and dead skin cells, which allows for cell regeneration. This means your strands will grow in faster and healthier.
Mix the yogurt and honey together to create a smooth mixture. If you'd like, you can also add in essential oils to help enhance this DIY mask. If you have a dry or distressed scalp, a few drops of tea tree can help neutralize any bacteria on the scalp. Lavender can soothe dry or frizzy strands. You might also find a few drops of rosewater will soothe distressed strands and help keep frizz to a minimum.
Wash your curls, and apply this product throughout your strands. Completely coat your curls.
