Easy remedies for dry curls

Milk and honey:

This is an incredibly easy DIY treatment for dry curls. Take 1 cup of milk, and add in 1 tablespoon of honey. You can add more as needed if you have very long or thick curls. Mix the ingredients together, and then apply throughout damp or freshly washed curls. Massage into the scalp, and pull through your strands. Cover, and allow it to sit for 60 minutes. Then, rinse out with warm water.

Aloe vera and coconut oil:

Curls that are dry and damaged can be really difficult to deal with. Therefore, you might want to try this mixture of aloe vera gel and coconut oil. Mix 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel, and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, blending until smooth. Apply throughout your curls from the midshaft down, and then cover. Allow it to sit for at least 60 minutes. You can also leave this on overnight if your curls are very damaged.

Egg white and lemon juice:

Sometimes, oily hair can be a detriment. If you don’t want to deal with that anymore, you can try this easy treatment. Mix 1/2 cup of fresh eggwhites with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Combine until smooth, and massage it into your scalp. The lemon juice has natural antibiotic properties, which will help decrease issues such as bacteria or fungus that can increase oil production. After allowing it to sit, rinse with warm water and follow with a conditioner.
