If you have curls that are fine, thin or color treated, odds are you’ve struggled to get them to behave how you want. Finding the right products to use is crucial in getting the curls of your dreams and so we’ve compiled some of our favorites for you. Check them out and let us know what you think!
Gel: Kerastase Curl Fever Radiant Curl Shaping Gel . If you want lots of definition without that yucky crunch you can get from mousse, this product is your new go-to. A little goes a long way in giving nicely defined curls that hold up.
Volumizer: Kérastase V.I.P. Volume in Powder . For girls with fine, thin curls getting volume can be a real issue. This product works like a dry shampoo, hair spray and root volumizer to give you the lift your curls need. It lasts for hours and is easily reactivated by giving your roots a gentle massage.
Oil: Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Miraculous Oil-in-Spray . This product is inexpensive and easy to find at your local pharmacy or box store. It’s super lightweight, so it won’t weigh your curls down and can be sprayed on to give frizzy curls an extra moisturizing boost.
Diffuser: Devacurl Devafuser . DevaCurl is top notch when it comes to curl care products and this diffuser leads the pack. It’s shaped like a hand to mimic the way your curls would be cupped by your own during the drying process. Air is allowed to get to curls evenly without overdrawing and creating frizz.
Clips: If you’re looking to get extra root volume, consider picking up some duck billed clips, which can be found at any beauty supply store. Place the clips at your roots to help curls dry with more volume.
