Amazing Homemade Masks For Healthy Curls
Aloe vera and lemon mask:

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons freshly squeezed aloe vera juice

1 tablespoon organic lemon juice

2 teaspoons raw, organic honey

1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest

Increase the ingredients as needed depending on the amount of curls you have.

What to do:

Mix the aloe vera and lemon juice together, blending until smooth. Add in the honey, and keep working until incorporated. Finally, add in the freshly zested lemon peel. Mix until a thick paste is formed. Apply the paste throughout dampened curls, spreading from scalp to ends. Massage into the scalp to exfoliate and invigorate your head. Allow the paste to sit on your hair for 30-60 minutes, and cover with a plastic shower cap to retain heat. Wash off with a gentle shampoo and lukewarm water. Follow with a conditioner. This mask can be used during each wash day for several weeks to help curls grow.

1 tablespoon plain, organic yogurt

Separate the egg whites into a bowl. Add the honey and yogurt, blending together until a smooth mixture is formed. Wash your curls with a mild cleansing shampoo and then spread the mixture throughout damp curls. Massage it into your scalp and gently pull throughout strands. Allow the paste to dry, the strands will be hard and stiff. Remove by rinsing away with warm water and a gentle shampoo. Follow with your favorite conditioner.
