Using Rice Water For Fast Curl Growth
Ingredients:

1.5 cups distilled or filtered water

1/2 cup brown rice

1 cup green tea, brewed

3 tablespoons fresh aloe vera juice or gel

2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

What to do:

Take rice and place into a bowl, adding in the filtered water. Cover and allow to sit overnight. In the morning, the rice should be settled to the bottom, and the water will be cloudy. Filter the water into a container, such as a mason jar and dispose of the rice.

Add in the brewed and cooled green tea, followed by the gel, ginger, and coconut oil. Mix until completely combined and smooth. This mixture can be stored in the fridge to preserve it between uses. Warm it up gently to re melt the coconut oil and shake up before use to mix the ingredients again.

To use:

Take your mixture and hop into the shower. Completely saturate curls with warm water and pour a generous amount of the mixture onto your scalp. Using your finger tips work the product into your scalp. Massage in slow circles. This will break up any build up and moisturize your scalp. The massage will help re circulate blood through your scalp, which will help curls grow. The aloe vera will infuse your strands with moisture, which will encourage strands to resist breakage. Cover your curls and allow the mixture to sit for 60 minutes.
